In the framework of our European project “Music and Health: Exchanges and Comparisons between Artistic Practices ”, supported by the Culture 2000 of the European Commission, Musique & Santé organized in partnership with Arts for Health (UK) and Waterford Healing Arts Trust (Ireland) a European seminar on July 3, 4 and 5, 2006 at Maison de Radio France, Paris (see seminar programme).
It gathered together about a hundred persons from diverse European countries: France, UK, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Estonia, Lithuania, Slovakia, and Bulgaria.
After an official opening by Mr. Beauvert, Music Director of Radio France, and after a presentation of the three Partners with video extracts from the documentary film shot during the artistic residencies, the following themes were discussed:

• Seminar synthesis and future directions of the European network “music in hospital”
